Manufacturing:

Our products are well known for their quality and the high nutritional value maintained by the superior manufacturing process, that meets EEC (EU # 05/LD/Kenya) standards, an d we are also accredited to the international HACCP.

This is because we have fully implemented international hygiene standards at our Capital Fish factory to ensure the finest quality of our fish products. Apart from the daily supply from the local community, we have our own fishing boats that guarantee constant freshness.

All our products are also Kosher.

Our products

The fresh water fish ‘Nile Perch’ from Capital Fish (K) Limited is one of
the excellent products, commonly available in the five star hotels and
commercial shopping networks in USA, Japan, Middle East and Europe. Our fishery products are exported through Mombasa port, Kenya’s international gateway, and guarantees fast and efficient delivery of the product to the final consumers. We also supply fresh fish meat by air transportation.
